Key Duties:
- Perform routine compliance checks and audits across all stores or branches.
- Ensure operational activities adhere to established SOPs, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Identify potential risks and non‑compliance issues, and propose improvement actions.
- Compile and present comprehensive and well‑structured reports to management.
- Assist Store Operations teams in interpreting and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to follow up on audit findings and corrective measures.
- Keep informed of updates to company policies, procedures, internal standards, and relevant industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in compliance, internal audit, or a similar function.
- Previous experience in the retail sector is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of store operations, warehouse or logistics processes, and applicable regulatory frameworks.
- Proficient in audit methodologies, inspection tools, and reporting systems (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, and related software).
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Willing to undertake regular business travel to stores, warehouses, or branch locations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills — clear, assertive, and persuasive.
- Strong analytical capability with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt effectively to new systems or procedures.
- Proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working independently and maintaining performance in a fast‑paced environment.
