About the role

As a Community Specialist at PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing an engaged community of customers and brand advocates. This full‑time position is based in Jakarta and involves driving brand awareness, fostering a sense of community, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

What you’ll be doing
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive community engagement strategy to increase brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Managing and moderating online community platforms, including social media channels and forums.

  • Organising and hosting community events, both online and offline, to bring members together and strengthen relationships.
  • Collaborating with the marketing and content teams to create engaging content that resonates with the community.
  • Analysing community data and metrics to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of initiatives, and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Continuously seeking feedback from the community to inform product development and enhance the customer experience.
