Job summary

A leading ceramics company in Indonesia is seeking a Technical Purchasing Officer located in Meruya, West Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 3 years of experience in sales administration, supply chain, or logistics. Responsibilities include monitoring orders in SAP, managing prices in e-commerce, and coordinating agreements. The position requires a strong understanding of inventory management and the ability to create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Manage prices/promotions in e-commerce and create sales reports.
  • Verify stock adjustments and coordinate agreements that will expire.

Technical Purchasing Officer

Responsibilities
  • Monitor the SO (Sales Order) and PO (Purchase Order) input process in SAP.
  • Input valid project and promo codes in SAP.
  • Update prices/promotions and manage reimbursement fees in e-commerce.
  • Check the completeness of customer data.
  • Create sales reports.
  • Review letters and attachments for customers and expeditions.
  • Obtain discount approval from the Sales Manager.
  • Verify stock adjustments from the Accounting section.
  • Coordinate the list of customer agreements, Bank Guarantees, and Work Agreements that will expire.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree holder from any major.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Admin, Inventory, Supply Chain, Commercial, Logistics, or Accounting staff.
  • Prior experience creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Prior experience coordinating with multiple internal divisions.
  • Familiarity with SAP/ERP system.
  • Willing to be placed in Meruya, West Jakarta.
