Job description

We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries, and we are seeking a Collection Admin (Data Analyst & SQL) to join our team. Responsibilities
  • Manage daily collection activities and work closely with the Team Leader to accelerate payment realization, including tracking and monitoring supporting documents from clients and internal units.
  • Collaborate proactively with internal teams.
  • Analyze collection data to identify trends, payment behaviors, and areas of risk or opportunity.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and reports to support collection processes and business intelligence.
  • Work with finance, operations, and IT teams to implement data-driven solutions and process improvements.
  • Prepare and present collection performance dashboards, KPIs, and analytical reports for management.
  • Maintain data integrity of customer accounts in internal systems.
  • Reconcile payments, disputes, and escalated issues for timely resolution.
  • Assist in designing and implementing automated workflows for collection activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in collections, credit control, accounts receivable, administration, or analyst roles.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and SQL, including writing complex queries, joining tables, and data manipulation.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts) and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
