• Ensure studio cleanliness and proper condition.
• Manage member and instructor databases accurately.
• Coordinate with the finance department for daily reports.
• Support the studio manager in selling membership packages.

Job description

Make sure studio cleanliness. Make sure the studio is in proper condition, this means the floor, mirror, tools, furniture, locker are clean before every class started, for any issue related to hygiene and cleanliness.

Manage Member Database and Instructor Database with 100% accurate, complete and easy to find.

Manage and record properly stock items, merchandise, welcome packages.

Keeping tools and equipment in the proper place and easy to find.

Daily coordinated with the Account and Finance Department for daily reports in the Studio.

Support Studio Manager to selling membership packages.

Perform Daily report, weekly report and monthly report.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year working experience as sales / marketing / customer care / customer service / client relations, fresh graduates are welcome
• Willing to shift (morning & afternoon)
• Have responsibility, initiative, and empathy
• Have good communication, familiar with Ms Office / Google Docs/ Google Sheet
