Client & Event Operations Coordinator (Junior)

We are looking for a junior operations coordinator to support concierge, travel, and event projects in Bali.
This role combines client communication, coordination with vendors and internal teams, and on-site operational support.

Responsibilities

Communicate with international clients in strong spoken and written English (WhatsApp, email, calls)

Coordinate vendors, partners, and internal team members

Support concierge, travel, and event-related operations

Conduct site visits to new venues and locations for initial inspections and assessments

Prepare clear reports after site visits and on-site activities

Track tasks, requests, and timelines using spreadsheets and a simple CRM system

Prepare emails, confirmations, basic reports, and operational documents

Ensure accurate follow-ups and attention to details throughout each project

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in hospitality, travel, events, concierge, or customer-facing roles

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Communication, or related fields)

Strong English is mandatory, including confident live communication with clients

Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working both online and on-site

Able to stay calm and professional when handling demanding clients and changing situations
