Job summary

A leading insurance broker in Indonesia seeks a Help Desk professional who will manage client inquiries, document processing, and claims analysis. The ideal candidate is a nurse with at least 1 year of experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel. Qualifications

• Nurse with a minimum of 1 year experience, preferably in insurance.
• Good grooming and pleasant personality.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer queries from clients.
• Input documents to the EB system.
• Analyze claims that are rejected, pending or paid.
• Prepare documents for clients or insurance.
• Follow up on claim status with insurers and inform clients.
• Assist clients with guarantee letters from insurance.

Overview

Help Desk (willing to be place in our client office)

Answer any queries

Input document to EB system

Analyst claim rejected, pending and claim paid

Preparing any document to send to client or insurance, etc

Follow up status claim to insurer and informed it to client.

Help client for guarantee letter from insurance

General requirements

• Nurse minimal 1 years (preferred if you have insurance experience)
• Candidate must possess at least D3 / S1
• Good communication skill, well groomed, good interpersonal skill and have initiatives
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel) is a must
• Pleasant personality & self motivated
• Ability to multitask and work well within a team environment
