Job description
Area Retail Assistant
  • Support ARM for Implement HO guidelines regarding retail expansion, operational, & manpower
  • Help ARM to work with MDS & FFM team to ensure they accomplish tasks and KPI
  • Collobroate & Execute with expansion team strategy and deliver new store based on targeted site
  • Support ARM for ensure every store operational readiness not limited to LDU, POSM, & display
  • Support ARM to Ensure full usage & accuracy of Retail System (RMS)
Area Sales Assistant
  1. Dealer Management
    • Help ASM for Managed and control allocation to all key dealers, collaborate with Distributor Sales to push Sell Through to Key Dealers, Achieve Coverage & monitor stock availability
    • As the supporting person to review and monitor relationship with DSM team , dedicated to understanding and meeting the needs of Dealer, and collect all issue & problem to drive some output to ASM
  2. Support ASM to check & monitoring field force manpower in area , provide the achivement of manpower KPI and Productivity.
  3. Assist ASM for , monitor progress, and improve day-to-day activities below:
    • Weekly/Monthly Performance monitoring and improvement to District Sales Manager about area performance of Sell Through-Activation-Coverage, Inventory, Team productivity
    • Weekly/Monthly Performance Report to RSH problem/issue, solution, support needed and action plan
    • Develop Weekly/Monthly sales forecast (allocation, gap to target, program execution )
    • Review overall team achievement, perform coaching process, and development activities
