Get to Know the Team

The Mataram Team is an established team responsible for running Grab business and operations in the cities within the region. City Operations Team is responsible for all cities budgets and targets by collaborating with other internal stakeholders from multiple functions.

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for City Associate, Mataram to help the Region Operations Head execute the right strategy to win the market and shape ideal supply demand equilibrium while growing our business with Humility, Honor, Heart, and Hunger. We believe a successful candidate has passion in operations and sales.The role will be directly report to the Manager. The role will be onsite. This role will based in Mataram.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Execute operational strategy in the city level in both mobility and deliveries services
• Partner with Marketing team to execute demand generation plan
• To ensure operational excellence
• Manage Grab Driver Partners lifecycle management, from the driver acquisition to the driver engagement activity
• Project management (breakdown problem, finding the hypotheses, test the hypotheses, shepherd project until end of implementation, and ensuring the results are sustainable)
• Collaborate with various expert teams to roll out products/services
• Initiate various projects and activities to increase demand and supply shaping with related stakeholders

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 1+ years of experience in city management or in the field of sales/revenue generator.
• Experience on managing task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience on using data.
• Based in Mataram
