A State-Owned Enterprise in Indonesia seeks a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their Board of Directors. The successful candidate will have 15+ years of finance experience, including 5 years in a leadership role, and will be responsible for leading Finance, Risk Management, and IT functions. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills, financial modelling expertise, and be able to drive digital transformation and ensure Good Corporate Governance practices.
We are a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) in the national agribusiness sector, committed to strengthening Indonesia’s food security and building sustainable growth. We are currently seeking a highly qualified professional to join our Board of Directors as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

A visionary leader who can balance the role of financial steward and strategic business partner.
Adaptive to the dynamics of the food industry and supply chain.
Experienced in working with regulators, auditors, investors, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee Finance, Risk Management, and Information Technology functions.
Develop and execute long-term financial strategies, including budgeting, financial modelling, liquidity management, investment planning, and regulatory compliance.
Explore and evaluate funding and capital-raising options to support corporate growth and sustainability.
Establish and implement Enterprise Risk Management frameworks to strengthen business resilience.
Drive digital transformation through ERP, financial systems, and IT governance.
Ensure effective Good Corporate Governance (GCG) practices and integrity in decision-making.
Lead and develop cross-functional teams (Finance, Risk, IT) with a collaborative and results-driven approach.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management; Master’s/MBA is preferred.
Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, CMA, FRM, or CISA are an advantage.
Minimum 15 years of professional experience in Finance, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
Proven expertise in financial modelling, liquidity management, investment strategies, and funding initiatives.
Track record in managing Finance, Risk, and IT functions in medium-to-large scale organizations.
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
High standards of integrity, professionalism, and nationalism.
