Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a Chief Engineer based at Swiss-Belhotel Silae Palu in Palu. The Chief Engineer will oversee and manage all aspects of the hotel's engineering and maintenance operations. Key responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining building systems, equipment, and compliance with safety regulations, ensuring optimal functionality of utilities, and managing a team to address repairs and preventive maintenance. The Chief Engineer will coordinate with other departments to maintain high service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

• Strong technical expertise in building systems maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
