A leading chainsaw chain company in Indonesia seeks a Chainsaw Chain Business Development Executive to support product development and market expansion. This role involves providing technical training, conducting product demonstrations, and building relationships with distributors and clients across forestry and agricultural sectors. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience in relevant fields, with solid understanding of chainsaw operations. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, knowledge of English or Chinese is a plus.

Responsible for supporting KMC’s chainsaw chain product development, customer engagement, technical training, and market expansion across plantations, forestry, agriculture, and distributor networks.
3–5 years experience in chainsaw chains, forestry equipment, outdoor power tools, or agricultural machinery.
Strong understanding of chainsaw operation, chain specs, bar & sprocket systems.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to users and distributors.
Fieldwork readiness (site visits to plantations, forestry camps, workshops).
Preferably with experience from STIHL / Husqvarna / Oregon distributors, or plantation equipment suppliers.
Basic understanding of product failure analysis is a plus.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English or Chinese is an advantage.
