Job Description
As a CEO Office (Strategy), your main responsibilities will include:
- Analysing market trends and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Developing and presenting strategic plans to senior management.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
- Conducting research to support decision-making processes.
- Monitoring the performance of implemented strategies and making adjustments as required.
- Providing insights and recommendations to optimise business operations.
- Preparing detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring alignment of all strategic plans with company goals.
The Successful Applicant
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting & Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience within management consulting, ideally with exposure to the property or real estate sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
