Job Description

• Identify and evaluate small-scale tapioca factory acquisition opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.
• Conduct in-depth due diligence to assess financial viability, operational capabilities, and ROI potential.
• Lead negotiations to secure favorable acquisition deals.
• Develop a framework for acquisition evaluation and ensure seamless integration of acquired facilities.
• Collaborate with plant managers to gain insights into the operations and industry nuances.
• Support the company's target to acquire at least two factories annually and explore new opportunities for business growth.
• Contribute to establishing a robust investment approach for the organization's expansion efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions or similar roles, with strong skills in evaluating and closing deals.
• Excellent analytical and financial assessment capabilities, particularly in manufacturing or agricultural industries.
