Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor performance of card products (credit, debit, prepaid), including usage, acquisition, activation, and profitability metrics.
• Support card portfolio strategy through data-driven insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
• Collaborate with banks, issuers, and internal stakeholders on product initiatives, enhancements, and migration projects.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to identify growth opportunities in the card business.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and dashboards highlighting product trends and performance.
• Support implementation of new product launches or feature enhancements from planning to post-launch review.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, risk, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of portfolio initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in card product management, portfolio management, or business analysis within the banking or financial services industry.
• Good understanding of the card ecosystem (issuing, acquiring, e-money, and payment networks).
• Proven experience managing or supporting premium or HNW card portfolios is a strong advantage.
• Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
