A non-profit foundation in Semarang seeks an experienced candidate for the Forestry Projects position. You will coordinate carbon project development, manage project schedules, and ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental science or Forestry, 5 years of project management experience, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. This role involves working in an office and regular site visits across Indonesia.
We have an immediate opening for an experienced candidate of Forestry Projects at our head office location in Semarang Indonesia. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team. The responsibilities of the position include coordinating and guiding with our project development Team for carbon project development initiative. The successful candidate will be part of the team that will identify and assess potential carbon project to ensure that they meet the project sponsor’s expectations and completed delivered within schedule.

Trees4Trees™ is an activity of Yayasan Bumi Hijau Lestari, a non-profit foundation, established in Indonesia to empower local communities through partnership reforestation initiatives and related education programs.
The Foundation works with local partners to produce tree seedlings of high value species, which are distributed to local land owners free of charge. These local people are granted ownership with their commitment to plant and care for the trees. The communities also benefit from the technical guidance provided by the program on planting, good forestry practices and education on the economic benefits of a healthy environment.
