Responsibilities

• Assist Chief Constructor in developing a pattern according to the DMS.
• Monitor production process to ensure developed pattern is applied.
• Check incoming DMS and ensure article development meets standard.
• Coordinate with various departments throughout the development process.
• Create improvements to shoe patterns based on production problems.
• Provide regular updates to the Chief Constructor.

We’re looking for a Shoe Constructor who’s passionate about the shoe‑making process and pattern development.

Job Summary

Assist Chief Constructor in developing a pattern in the right method according to the Design Master Shoe (DMS) and follow previous standard for article has been developed. The incumbent is also responsible for monitoring production process to ensure that the developed pattern well applied and follow‑up changes might occur.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Check incoming DMS to ensure that the article has been developed as per standard.
• Check the pattern and apply grading according to the standard.
• Coordinate with BOM administrator, Technofile & Production preparation and support throughout the development process.
• Prepare DMS - Hand Over Cost (HOC) Report for all new articles and make sure to send it with all appropriate comments.
• Monitoring the development process in the development team and production team to follow up on problems that might occur and find the best solution.
• Create an improvement of shoe pattern based on problems that occur during production.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the Chief Constructor related to the pattern development process.

Experiences & Requirements

• Bachelor's or Diploma in footwear technology.
• 3 years of experience in the area of Shoe Development/Shoe Construction.
• In-depth knowledge of the shoemaking process and pattern making.
• Able to check on shoe patterns, spec sheet, BOM, etc.,
• Working with CAD Construction.
• Willing to work in Sidoarjo, East Java.
