Job summary

Candidates should hold a Bachelor Degree in Chemistry with at least 6 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or chemical environment, preferably in petrochemical processes. Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years experience in Supervisory level in a Manufacturing Company and Chemical.
• Preferably in oil & gas laboratory (Petrochemical).
• Experience in EDC / Alkali industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and improve sample analysis method for high accuracy.
• Maintain equipment in good condition and repair as needed.
• Control chemical usage and prepare Purchase Requisition.
• Create and maintain analysis data report in SAP system.
• Coordinate with production and commercial divisions for material analysis.
• Ensure implementation of management system standards.
• Conduct safety and housekeeping activities.
• Monitor testing implementation in accordance with LQMS.
• Lead OHS Management key activities.

Job Accountabilities

• Prepare and improve sample analysis method to get the best analysis result with high accuracy and precise. And also organize for proficiency test with accredited external laboratory including report the result of proficiency test in the technical report
• Maintain all equipment always in good condition and ready for use including repair the equipment if get the trouble by own self or supported by MTD/ vendor. Including review the analysis equipment standard verification by putting the sign and conduct follow up action if the verification result was out of layer
• Controlling chemical and spare part usage, prepare Purchase Requisition (PR) for chemical and spare part of supporting analysis including conduct Technical Evaluation in procurement process.
• Create, maintain and control of analysis data report in SAP system for data in process and finished product.
  Preparing technical report, monthly report in relation to special project, analysis method development and monthly data which will be share to related section or internal section requirement.
• Coordinate with production section, Offsite marine and Commercial division in case for raw material analysis preparation before unloading and product before loading to ship/ lorry including sampling apparatus and product Quality Certificate.
• Make sure implementation of system management Security, Safety, Quality, Energy, Environment, and Laboratory Management system (ISO 17025)
• Review the result of verification analysis method and make follow up if the verification over than acceptable criteria
• Conduct safety and housekeeping activities based on SMK3 management system.
• Support related section or Department in order to plant improvement/ efficiency.
• Responsible to monitoring, supervision and evaluation of testing implementation in laboratory are in accordance with LQMS (Laboratory Quality Management System).
• Real commitment towards OHS Management; ensure that employees under his/ her supervision are responsible for implementation of OHS Management, lead/ participate in OHS related key activities/ program within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Chemistry
• Min 6 years experience in Supervisory level in Manufacturing Company and Chemical, preferably in oil & gas laboratory (Petrochemical).
• Has experience in EDC / Alkali industries
• Fluent in English skills both spoken or written.
• Familiar with Ms. Office

This is a permanent position with 3 Month’s probationary period and will be placed on Site, Cilegon
