Business Product Manager – Open Banking & Digital Payment

We are looking for a Business Product Manager to lead and manage end-to-end business product development for SNAP Open Banking initiatives. This role sits within the Business Group, requiring a strong business mindset, stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of digital payment ecosystems—beyond purely technical product management.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for SNAP Open Banking products, including:

  • QRIS (Acquirer and Issuer & related services)
  • Disbursement
  • Account Linkage
  • E-Money
  • Virtual Account

Act as the primary business owner for Open Banking products, ensuring alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and partner needs.

Lead coordination with internal stakeholders (Compliance, Legal, IT, Operations, Risk) and external partners (ASPI, regulators, fintech partners).

Define product strategy, business model, pricing, and value proposition.

Monitor regulatory and industry developments related to SNAP Open Banking and digital payments.

Drive product performance, revenue growth, and partner adoption.

Prepare business proposals, presentations, and product documentation for management and partners.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Management, Finance, Information Systems, or other related fields.

5+ years of experience in product management, digital banking, fintech, or payment-related roles, with a strong business-oriented focus.

Proven experience in handling end-to-end product processes, especially within Open Banking or payment ecosystems.

Strong understanding of SNAP Open Banking and digital payment products (QRIS, Disbursement, VA, E-Money, etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Business-driven mindset with the ability to translate business needs into product solutions.

Good looking, well-groomed, and professional appearance.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
