About the Role:

We are hiring a highly skilled and driven Senior ERP Sales Executive with over 10 years of experience in ERP solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics ERP, SAP HANA, or SAP Business One (B1). This is a techno-functional role, ideal for a sales leader who can bridge business needs and technical capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving ERP sales and managing client relationships across Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles for Microsoft Dynamics ERP, SAP HANA, and SAP B1.
  • Map ERP solutions to customer business requirements using your techno-functional knowledge.
  • Conduct product presentations, solution workshops, and training sessions with stakeholders.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Understand local industry trends and regulatory requirements relevant to ERP solutions.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of ERP sales experience, including hands-on exposure to at least one of the ERPs (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP HANA, or SAP B1).
  • Strong functional sales background with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of closing mid to large-scale ERP deals.
  • Knowledge of key ERP modules such as Finance, HRMS, Inventory & Warehouse, Procurement, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree is a plus.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Willing to travel across Indonesia as needed.
