Your Role

As our Business Intelligence Manager, you will take ownership of building and leading ARKA Isotrans’ BI function from the ground up. This is a pivotal role where you’ll turn diverse and complex datasets into actionable insights, support strategic decision‑making, and propose data‑driven initiatives that drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the BI department, including infrastructure, processes, and best practices.
• Collect, cleanse, and integrate data from multiple systems and business units.
• Design and develop dynamic dashboards, reports, and performance metrics using Power BI and other tools.
• Perform in‑depth data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments (Operations, Sales, Finance, etc.) to understand data needs and align BI efforts with business goals.
• Propose data‑driven initiatives to optimize logistics processes, customer experience, and business performance.
• Leverage Microsoft 365 tools, including Power Apps, to automate and streamline internal workflows.
• Stay ahead of BI trends and evaluate new tools (e.g., Tableau, predictive analytics solutions) for future adoption.
