Data & Insights
- Gather, consolidate, and analyze seller and market data to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct competitor and industry benchmarking to inform strategy.
Initiative Executions & Analysis
- Actively collaborate with stakeholders from cross-divisions and cross-business units to design and implement growth programs.
- End-to-end program management (incl. support pilot tests, track performance, and conduct post-mortem analysis) ensuring the successful execution of initiatives and their alignment with broader business goals.
- Problem-solving through comprehensive investigation, analysis, and solution design, while continually monitoring and reporting on key issues affecting business growth.
Seller Engagement & Communication
- Develop clear, seller-friendly communication materials (guides, FAQs, tutorials) with relevant teams.
- Ensure sellers understand and adopt new features, programs, and policies.
- Collect feedback from sellers and incorporate it into program improvements.
Continuous Improvement
- Share best practices and learnings across the team.
- Contribute to building scalable frameworks for team growth.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in any discipline
- Previous working experience in a strategy/management consulting / startup / e-commerce role is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking - able to breakdown problem statements into sub-tasks and actionable items, strong at analyzing and interpreting data into business insights
- High ownership - highly self-driven, proactive in finding growth opportunities, and committed to find effective solutions to problems
- Structured verbal and written communication - including good powerpoint and excel skills, able to present to management team
- Be able to work both as individual contributor as well as team player
