Job summary

A digital financial technology firm in Indonesia is seeking a Business Development Support Assistant Supervisor for Digital Insurance. The role involves managing client reconciliations, coordinating documentation, and driving insights on current products. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Control & handling monthly reconciliation for existing clients and partners.
  • Control & handling documentation and data compilation.
  • Coordinate with the Claims team to resolve problems/blockers regarding claims from clients.
  • Coordinate with BI and/or Product team to solve discrepancy on data reconciliation.
  • Drive analysis and insight on current products and market.
  • Liaise with the Business Development Managers in providing support.
  • Manage monthly incentive clients.

Job Description
  • Control & handling monthly reconciliation for existing clients and partners
  • Control & handling documentation and data compilation
  • Coordinate with the Claims team to resolve problems/blockers regarding claim from clients
  • Coordinate with BI and/or Product team to solve discrepancy on data reconciliation and make sure the data recorded in the system is up to date
  • Drive analysis and insight on current products and market
  • Liaise with the Business Development Managers in providing support
  • Manage montly insentive client
Qualifications

  • Detail oriented and proficient in using Microsoft office
  • Preferably have exposure in a similar Business Development or Sales Support lead role
  • Preferably having work experience in consulting firm, insurance company or any kind of tech company will be a plus point
