Business Development & Sales Representative - Batam

We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Representative with a travel or hospitality background who is passionate about relationship-building and driving responsible business growth across the Philippines and the region. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify new prospects within the travel and hospitality ecosystem, including travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, airlines, and destination partners.
- Develop existing accounts and support partners in integrating our solutions into travel, guest, and loyalty offerings.
- Conduct market research to understand travel trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
Account Management & Growth
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Support contract discussions, pricing proposals, and partnership negotiations.
- Coordinate receivables and follow-ups to ensure timely collections.
- Prepare sales updates and market insights for internal reporting.
- Work closely with the Singapore HQ and regional teams to align market needs with company objectives.
- Contribute to growth initiatives by translating client challenges into practical, value-driven solutions.
Client Experience
- Provide responsive, professional client support.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive partner experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Based in Batam with 1–3 years’ experience in sales, partnerships, or marketing.
- Background in travel-related fields such as: Travel & Tourism or Hospitality Management (degree or major), Travel agency, tour operator, DMC, airline, cruise, or hotel experience (including internships)
- Strong English communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self‑motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and open to learning new tools and systems.
- A genuine interest in building long‑term partnerships, not transactional sales.
- Exposure to sustainability, responsible tourism, or experiential travel is a plus.
