We are hiring a BD Manager specialized in User Acquisition (UA) to acquire new app clients in Indonesia. This role requires someone who already sells UA, media, DSP, or performance advertising, and has strong existing relationships with app advertisers (founders, CMOs, Heads of Growth, UA Managers). The candidate must be familiar with Google, Meta, TikTok and especially multiple DSPs in the mobile advertising ecosystem.

What You'll Do
  • Acquire new app advertisers and grow UA revenue.
  • Own full sales cycle: prospecting → outreach → pitching → proposal → closing.
  • Sell AnyMind’s User Acquisition Management offering across:
    • Google App Campaigns
    • Meta Ads
    • TikTok Ads
    • DSPs (Moloco, Mintegral, AppLovin, Liftoff, RevX, Unity, etc.)
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and meet quarterly revenue targets.
  • Leverage existing relationships with app companies to open new opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery with app teams to understand their UA needs.
  • Prepare commercial proposals with support from ad ops.
  • Manage client onboarding and handover to the operations team.
  • Represent AnyMind at app ecosystem events (fintech, commerce, gaming, etc.).
  • Provide market feedback to strengthen our UA offering.
Who You Are
  • 3–5+ years experience in BD or Sales or AM in one of the following areas:
    • User acquisition (UA) services
    • DSP / programmatic sales
    • Mobile ad network sales
    • App marketing services
    • Performance advertising agency
    • Mobile measurement/platform solutions (MMP/MAP)
  • Strong understanding of UA concepts: CPI, CVR, ROAS, LTV, learning phase.
  • Familiarity with multiple DSPs (Moloco, Mintegral, AppLovin, Liftoff, Unity, etc.).
  • Existing network with mobile app companies (fintech, commerce, gaming, lifestyle).
  • Proven track record of hitting BD or revenue targets.
  • Experience pitching to C-level (Founder/CEO/CMO) and growth teams.
