A leading company in packaging in Denpasar, Bali is seeking a Business Development & Partnership (Sales) specialist. The role involves establishing partnerships with clients, managing projects, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in business, sales experience, and professional fluency in English. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Minimum education Diploma (DIII) in Business or a related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, prior sales experience of at least 1 year is an advantage
Experience in the packaging industry is a plus but not mandatory
Proven ability to work effectively within a team and maintain a target-driven mindset
Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken
Key Responsibilities
Establish and nurture partnerships with clients, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Develop and maintain positive relationships with medium to large business clients
Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing individual client needs promptly and efficiently
Manage client projects to achieve both client objectives and company goals
Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by delivering outstanding customer service daily
Resolve conflicts and provide timely, effective solutions to client concerns
Monitor and analyze client account metrics in alignment with company targets
Propose actionable strategies to enhance sales performance and identify new growth opportunities
Generate new business by leveraging existing and potential client networks
