Business Development & Marketing Manager

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including markets, partnerships, products, and services.

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.

Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

Work closely with the sales team to align business development and marketing strategies with sales objectives.

Prepare regular reports on business development and marketing activities, performance, and outcomes.

Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development and marketing roles.
  • Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics), and Microsoft Office Suite.
