A leading automotive components manufacturer in Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join their team. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration or Economy), have at least 1 year of experience, and must be proficient in English and Japanese (JLPT: N2). Responsibilities include conducting meetings, managing company policy implementation, and maintaining confidentiality policies.

Responsibilities
  • Carrying out regular meetings (weekly loss cost meeting, productivity meeting, monthly achievement confirmation meeting) and occasional meetings
  • Summarize the results of policy theme achievements (weekly and monthly)
  • Control daily and weekly scrap costs
  • Control the progress of company policies
  • Control the progress of the company's cost reduction program
  • Carrying out Corporate Governance work programs
  • Carrying out the Confidentiality Policy work program
  • Carrying out the Risk Management work program
  • Preparation for audit implementation and follow up of audit results
  • Carrying out Internal Audit of SMK3
  • Create and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Dialy Administration
  • Corporate Governance & Global Confidentiality Policy Committee Secretariat
