Job Description

• Provide insights and advisory services for new development of business plans or procedures within area of competence.
• Working with the team to develop business planning and budgeting.
• Obtain and analyse operational data from cross functional teams to examine business performance. As well as identifying patterns and trends insights to enhance business strategy, evaluation, and solution.
• Ability to present findings in simple yet effective manner to all levels.
• Explore and evaluate new data sources, tools, and capability to improve analysis and strategy.
• Liaise with internal and external business partners to enhance business strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years experience in business analytics and/or business startegy
• Has background in Statistic, Mathematic or Computer science
• Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Phyton, R and Ms. Excel
• Tenacious, curious & rigorous: eager to learn and being ready to tackle complex problems with insights and analyses
• An analytical & business-oriented mindset
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to own and drive projects with a creative mindset
• Fluent in English
