A leading company in sales is seeking an Area Sales Executive for the Padang region in Indonesia. The candidate should excel in creating and closing new opportunities while managing customer relationships. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, creating business opportunities, and negotiating with executives. Qualified candidates should possess a D3 degree, 2-5 years of sales experience, and preferably a background as a bank officer or insurance salesperson. Qualifications

  • Minimum D3 degree in any major required.
  • 2-5 years of quota carrying sales experience.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems essential.
  • Experience in SaaS sales is preferred.
  • Demonstrable over-achieving quota record is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Preferably have work experience as a former Bank Officer or Insurance Sales Person (Bancassurance).
