About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join our team at PT JAS Worldwide Indonesia. This full-time role is based in our office in Jakarta and will be pivotal in driving the growth and success of our organisation.

What you’ll be doing
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to uncover trends, insights and potential areas for expansion.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as sales, marketing and operations to deliver successful client engagements.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and action plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics to measure the success of business development initiatives.
  • Staying up to date with industry developments, competitor activity and emerging market trends.
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a business development, sales or account management role, preferably within the analysis and reporting industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
