Building Manager - Building Management (Luxury Residence) (C-125406)
The working venue is in Central Jakarta.
Our client is a Japanese Building Management (Luxury Residence) company. Currently, they are looking for Building Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily building operations at the client’s luxury residence.
- Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams, including in‑house staff and outsourced vendors.
- Serve as the primary contact for tenants, delivering professional tenant relations and concierge services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants while ensuring confidentiality and service excellence.
- Handle VIP‑level tenants with discretion and professionalism, including managing complaints with clear explanations and fast, effective resolutions.
- Respond promptly to urgent matters and crisis situations.
- Monitor and coordinate maintenance of building systems (MEP, HVAC, fire safety) and manage vendors, service contracts, and budgeting.
- Prepare operational reports and administrative documentation.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Business level English.
- Min. 3 years of experience as Chief/Head of Tenant Relations, Guest Relations, Deputy Manager, Building Manager, or in Concierge Services within Luxury Apartments, Residences, or 5‑star Hotels.
- Strong experience in complaint handling, with knowledge of building systems (MEP, HVAC, fire safety), vendor management, and budgeting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Building Management Systems (BMS).
