About the role

As the Brand Manager (Health & Beauty) at PT Vita Shopindo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand strategy and driving the growth of our exciting health and beauty product portfolio. Reporting to the General Manager, this full-time position is based in our West Jakarta office.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop and implement effective brand strategies to enhance brand positioning, awareness, and engagement.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of captivating marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure new product launches align with brand vision and customer needs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform brand and marketing decisions.
  • Manage the brand’s visual identity, including packaging, advertising, and other brand assets.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, influencers, and media partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Mentor and develop the brand management team to drive continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG, health and beauty industry.
