- Manage content creation and paid/organic campaigns across digital platforms to increase brand awareness and drive conversion.
- Amplify brand presence across various channels such as social media, digital advertising, and social commerce.
3. Campaign Management
- Lead the development, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns to ensure they meet business objectives.
- Provide insights into campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with teams across Product Development, Sales, PR, and IT to ensure all brand initiatives are integrated effectively.
- Act as the brand ambassador internally and externally.
5. Consumer Insights and Market Research
- Regularly conduct research to identify market trends and competitor strategies to inform future brand strategies.
- Tailor brand offerings and messaging based on consumer insights.
6. Brand Communication
- Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing and communication channels.
- Manage the tone and voice of the brand in all internal and external communication materials.
7. Budget Management
- Operate within allocated budgets to plan and execute marketing programs, ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Optimize ROI by identifying cost-effective opportunities in marketing strategies.
8. Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing campaigns, engagement, sales, and brand health.
- Provide actionable insights to refine strategies and enhance brand growth.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in brand management or digital marketing, preferably within a consumer-focused company.
- Proven track record in managing digital platforms and running successful campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and proficiency in digital analytics tools.
- Strong creative, strategic thinking skills, excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication both in English and Bahasa.
