Brand Manager

Job Description:

  • Analyze and develop marketing strategies to improve brand image and sales.
  • Manage the budget for advertising and promotional items.
  • Plan and execute communications and media actions through all relevant channels, including online and social media, to ensure strong brand visibility both online and offline.
  • Monitor and analyse competitors’ activities and market trends.
  • Attend regular meetings and communications with the sales team to track sales and growth.
  • Work together with product development to discuss new products.
  • Ensuring the visual merchandising in the store goes according to plan.
  • Conduct photoshoots/campaigns and product knowledge training for the sales team.
  • Research future trends, market share, and customer behavior.
  • Able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
  • Develop strategy, promote brand growth, implement plans, and drive volume.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Have more than 5 years of professional experience in a related industry, baby product, beauty product, personal care.
  • Good analytical skills, able to work on the team and independently.
  • Good communication skills and love to develop relationships with all levels of individuals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
  • Have a passion for promoting the company brand.
  • Strong business acumen, experience in managing P&L, and balancing what is right for business and financial delivery.
  • Deep understanding of brand building and execution operations to unlock sales operations opportunities, shopper marketing.
  • Having some exposure or experience in handling brands that have a digital commerce presence will be an advantage.
  • Willing to work in West Jakarta.
