A leading FMCG company based in Indonesia is seeking a Recruitment Senior Supervisor to manage and refine recruitment processes and coordinate manpower needs. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's in Psychology and 4 years of experience in recruitment within an FMCG environment, demonstrating strong skills in sourcing and interviewing. This role requires someone who is hands-on, has a good network of headhunters, and is willing to work on Saturdays twice a month.

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Senior Supervisor in FMCG.
• Wide network of headhunters and job portals is essential.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays (twice a month).
