Job Responsibilities
  • Monitor the counseling of the Overseas Student Recruitment.
  • Set up sales plan in order to achieve sales target required by the company.
  • Support, motivate team members to achieve individual and team target.
  • Supervise daily work of the members and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build up good relationship with students, parents, government, school, university and abroad school partner.
  • Work closely with other job functions in the company to improve overall services Level.
  • Immediate reporting of important issues (service, operational, HR) to CEO, propose solution where possible.
  • Handle English Course division for Headquarters for achieving all target Elicos
Job Requirements & Responsibilities
  • Graduate or Postgraduate.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales or Consultant in Education field.
  • Good communicator, strong sales skill with proved track record.
  • Target Oriented, good Leadership skill and problem solver.
  • Finding new potential clients of University, lead research and sources, and networking to drive sales.
  • Maintain and build a good rapport with existing Universities and update the latest program provided.
  • Demonstrated ability to keep client projects on plan and on budget.
  • Ensuring all Sales Marketing program both online and offline are running well.
  • Responsible to running branding and marketing strategy and program both online and offline are running well.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Adaptable to change, open to new ideas, open to taking on new responsibilities and adjusting plans to meet changing needs.
  • Self-starter personality; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Involved in company’s activities such as company’s exhibition or school expo.
  • Detail and result oriented in providing progress report by weekly and monthly.
