Job description

We are seeking a Bookkeeping and Administration Assistant to join our growing Bandung team, working with an Australian aerospace technology company to ensure financial and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. Your work will help keep our accounts reconciled, expenses organised, and day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Finance Officer on routine finance tasks
  • Maintain timely and accurate bank account and credit card reconciliations
  • Process receipts, bills and invoices
  • Assist senior leadership with expense sorting and allocation
  • Allocate expenses to correct projects and accounts
  • Assist with preparing documents for reporting periods
  • Maintain clear, organised digital financial records
Administrative Support
  • Work closely with the Admin Officer on routine admin tasks
  • Assist with onboarding (collecting forms, filing documents, account setup guidance)
  • Support travel bookings and travel expense claims
  • Monitor shared inboxes and respond or forward messages as needed
  • Maintain document registers and organised filing systems
  • General administrative assistance for the leadership team as required
