Job description

Manager in creating project Develop Building Information Modeling (BIM) Technology and construction digitalization in the Company to support the company's business processes.

Ensure that Building Information Modelling technology can be applied and supports project planning and management effectively and efficiently.

Share Knowledge regarding BIM Technology and its application in construction.

Direct and assist each project in the Business Unit to use BIM technology related to project planning.

Direct and assist Site Quantity Surveyors, Site Operational Managers, and other related positions in utilizing BIM Technology related to work in calculating and planning materials, volume and project costs.

Direct and assist the Site Engineering & Standardization design concepts.

Systematically sharing data related to project work so that it can be useful for future projects in each Business Unit standards

Formulate quality control of the BIM process in each project based on coordination with the Division in charge of the BIM field.

Implement the Management System and Guidelines in related fields, referring to the standards.
