Location: Tokyo, relocation possible.
You will be responsible for customer support on bilingual projects. The team is looking for a wide range of candidates, from IT veterans looking to work in IT using English to those with bilingual IT experience.
Projects will be determined based on your experience and time of joining the company. You will be involved in operations projects using both Japanese and English. Mainly user support operations projects, many of which require hands-on support with actual devices.

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM / 8 hours of actual work (Shift work may be available depending on the project).
Full 2-day weekend (Saturdays and Sundays). Holidays off. Shift work may be required depending on the project. New Year's holiday (5 days). Congratulatory and condolence leave.
