Job summary

A leading facility management provider in Jakarta is seeking an individual to manage administrative documentation related to bids and proposals. The role involves collaborating on cost estimation and coordinating service solutions for projects. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and strong analytical skills are essential. This position requires effective communication and may need work outside of standard hours.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience from Facility Management / Catering Service in Sales, BD, or Finance related position.
  • Good working knowledge of Contract Terms and Conditions, and Tender Process.
  • Willingness to work outside normal working hours to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

Sodexo Indonesia is a Facility Management and Food Service provider company.

Main responsibilities include:

Managing and updating all administrative documentations related to bidding process as required in RFP, contractual agreement, and other supporting document related to new and existing projects.

Cost Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop accurate cost estimates for facility management / catering service projects, considering factors such as materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.

Managing all aspects of services solution proposal preparation, developing presentation, revision and submission; coordinate inputs from technical, contract, and finance department, coordinate internal review with upper management level for approvals prior to submission.

Working with other related department to ensure that the financial bid pre-calculations are prepared correctly.

Effective communication within the business development team and other key stakeholder associated with the proposal development.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor Degree any major

Having minimum 2 years experience from Facility Management / Catering Service in Sales, BD, or Finance related position

Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills are required; MS Project would be an advantage

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data

Fluent in business English communication, both spoken and written

Good working knowledge of Contract Terms and Condition, and Tender Process

Willingness to work outside normal working hours as necessary to meet project deadlines
