Job Description
  • Lead business development initiatives and drive revenue growth within the Oil & Gas and Process sectors in Indonesia.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new customers, partners, and distributors to broaden market reach.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and ongoing support.
  • Deliver technology review meetings (TRMs), product training, and customer presentations to strengthen solution adoption.
  • Support new product introductions, promotions, and awareness campaigns in the local market.
  • Monitor market dynamics, industry drivers, competitive trends, and pricing strategies to inform business planning.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to align local initiatives with broader business objectives.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within a technology-driven industry.
  • Strong exposure to the Oil & Gas sector; familiarity with instrumentation solutions is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; able to synthesize market data into actionable strategies.
  • Comfortable working in multicultural environments and managing cross-border relationships.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
