Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Cook or 1 year as Commis II in a high-standard hotel or restaurant.
• Good command of English, both verbal and written.
• Possess a valid health certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food efficiently, economically, and hygienically.
• Support the Sous Chef or the Chef de Partie.
• Maintain HACCP standards.

Skills

Knowledge of Western or Chinese cuisine

Education

Junior Middle School graduate or above

Technical education in hospitality or culinary school preferred
