Job Title: Backend Engineer (Python & AI Integration)

Employment Type: Remote

Contract: 3 months (possible extension)

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Backend Development, with a strong focus on Python (FastAPI).
• 1.5–2 years of hands-on experience with AI technologies, including but not limited to LLM implementations, OCR, Computer Vision, and Voice Recognition.
• Must be familiar with using AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.) in daily workflows.
• Strong understanding of system design, API development, and optimization.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend systems using Python (FastAPI).
• Design and implement AI-driven features into applications, leveraging LLMs, OCR, Computer Vision, and Voice Recognition technologies.
• Collaborate with frontend, AI/ML, and product teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
• Ensure the system’s performance, reliability, and security.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks to improve development workflows and product capabilities.
• Apply AI in day-to-day tasks, including coding assistance, automation, and system optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in backend services and AI integrations.
• Work remotely with a distributed team, delivering results within agreed timelines.
