Kalpa Health is a healthcare technology company building WellMed, a clinic operating system designed for how Indonesian healthcare actually works. We handle patient records, scheduling, inventory, billing, and native integration with SATU SEHAT, BPJS, and P-Care — so doctors can focus on patients instead of paperwork.

We started because we run a clinic ourselves and couldn't find software worth using. Five people, 92,000+ patient visits synced, customers going live, and we're just getting started. We're looking for builders who want their code running in real clinics tomorrow, not someday.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back End Programmer based in Bandung. You\'ll work directly on WellMed — building and maintaining the systems that clinics across Indonesia rely on daily. Day-to-day work includes designing APIs, integrating with government healthcare systems, writing clean and testable code, and shipping features that solve real problems for real doctors.

We\'re a small team with no layers between you and impact. You\'ll see your work in production fast, get direct feedback from customers, and learn what it takes to build software people actually depend on. This role suits someone hungry to grow, ready to commit, and excited by the challenge of building something that matters.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience with Golang or Laravel
• Has built packages, libraries, or tools — not just used them
• Solid grasp of APIs, databases, and back-end architecture
• Writes code that other people can read, test, and maintain
• Clear communicator who can explain technical decisions simply
