About Us

Padelindo is the official distributor of premium global padel brands in Indonesia — including Bullpadel, Babolat, Adidas, Siux, Nox, and Wilson. As part of IBB Holdings, we are building the foundation of Indonesia’s padel industry through nationwide distribution, retail development, and dealer partnerships under Padeltop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve Monthly Sales Targets — Drive consistent performance through proactive pipeline management and closing.
  • Develop New Dealers — Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B clients (clubs, retailers, academies, and resellers) nationwide.
  • Maintain and Retain Accounts — Build strong long-term relationships, monitor sell-through, and ensure repeat orders.
  • CRM Management — Maintain accurate and updated client data, sales pipeline, and activity logs in the CRM system.
  • Retention & Growth Programs — Execute dealer incentive schemes, brand training sessions, and aftersales support programs.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration — Coordinate with finance, marketing, and logistics teams for seamless order processing and fulfillment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) is mandatory.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B Sales within sports, retail, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM platforms, Excel/Google Sheets, and digital sales tools.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Willing to travel across Indonesia for client visits and events.
