Business Function

Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.

Responsibilities
  • Deep understanding of borrowers’ financial performance.
  • Capable to impose appropriate measures (covenant, facility structure etc) to mitigate credit risks.
  • To work on various ad-hoc engagement to broaden exposures, engagement with various stakeholders across the bank as well as more responsibility (project management role).
  • To help the bank to manage NPL and impaired assets – create healthier portfolio.
  • To actively involve in credit monitoring process
  • To add values in the credit application process that is led by Relationship Managers – by focusing on financial and industry analysis preparation.
Requirements
  • Minimum bachelor's degree with major in business, management, accounting, or banking and finance
  • minimum of 3 years working experience in financial industry – e.g. accountant, analyst, corporate finance and relationship manager (in bank or non-bank financial institution)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude.
