Business Function

Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards

Responsibilities
  • Approach new customers, process new account opening, and maintaining existing relationship.
  • Monitoring customer account and activities
  • Liaise and work with other departments (GTS, Treasury, Custody) to do cross selling of other products of the bank, beside CASA and FD
  • Managing risk by ensuring proper KYC and due diligence in acquiring new customer to the bank
  • Conducting necessary existing client visits at least twice a year to ensure operation of accounts
  • Adherence to internal and external policy, regulatory policy
  • Maintaining service excellence to the customers by respondingcustomers queries and complaints immediately and give appropriate solution
  • Manage good relationship within and with other colleagues, teams, and department
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from reputable university
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude
