Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and flash updates for Ecosystem business in coordination with related units.
• Monitor and analyze actual business performance versus budget and forecast, providing variance explanations and improvement insights.
• Track and report expense realization, ensuring spending remains within approved budgets and aligned with business priorities.
• Produce regular financial and performance reports, highlighting key metrics and trends.
• Support the monitoring and reporting of Ecosystem business initiatives, ensuring execution progress and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Business, Risk, etc.) to gather data and ensure consistency of performance reporting.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements in budgeting and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful partnership strategies
• Familiarity with the consumer banking landscape and emerging trends in the ecosystem/platform business models
• Proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques to measure and optimize partnership performance
