Peran ini sangat hands‑on, berorientasi target, dan menuntut pemahaman kuat terhadap talent market marketing di Indonesia.

Job Description
  • Melakukan active sourcing dan lead generation kandidat untuk posisi marketing (funding, lending, credit) di seluruh Indonesia
  • Mengidentifikasi dan membangun pipeline kandidat melalui berbagai channel: LinkedIn Recruiter, Job portals, Referral & networking profesional
  • Melakukan initial screening (CV & profil) untuk memastikan kecocokan kompetensi dan industri
  • Memahami kebutuhan hiring manager dan menerjemahkannya menjadi profil kandidat yang tepat
  • Menjaga kualitas dan kuantitas kandidat sesuai target yang ditentukan
  • Mengelola dan memperbarui kandidat pipeline secara terstruktur
  • Berkoordinasi dengan internal recruitment/HR team terkait progress kandidat
  • Memberikan insight terkait talent market, availability, dan salary benchmark (jika diperlukan)
Job Requirement
  • Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman sebagai recruiter, khususnya: Marketing roles, (diutamakan Funding/lending/credit/financial services)
  • Berpengalaman melakukan high-volume sourcing dan proactive headhunting
  • Memiliki pemahaman kuat tentang fungsi marketing di industri keuangan: Acquisition, Partnership, Sales/Marketing credit & lending
  • Terbiasa menangani kandidat dari berbagai wilayah di Indonesia
  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri dengan sistem contract-based & target-oriented
  • Memiliki komunikasi yang baik dan profesional
  • Familiar dengan LinkedIn Recruiter, dan sourcing tools lainnya
  • Diutamakan memiliki existing talent network di bidang marketing financial services

Status: Contract Recruiter 6 bulan
